Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with a licensed BCBA to provide ABA treatment to individuals with Autism and behavioral disorders in home, community, and school settings.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA treatment plans using established behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with the lead BCBA to develop and implement behavioral support plans in various settings.
  • Facilitate parent training on ABA interventions.
  • Collect and document daily data for each client session.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and mandatory training.

Requirements

  • Prefer a degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Will consider commensurate work experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation, full coverage auto insurance, and a smartphone.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and professional boundaries.
