Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our post-sale support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical services to our clients. Your expertise in mechanical, thermal, chemical, and electrical systems will enable you to troubleshoot complex equipment in the field.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with advanced environmental and process solutions, including hazardous gas and odor control, VOC abatement, particulate filtration, and ventilation systems. A strong knowledge of process instrumentation and calibration is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute field service processes and procedures for equipment installation, start-up, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and customers to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Safeguard confidential company information, including operational strategies, engineering designs, and customer data.

**Requirements:**

  • Background in engineering, electronics, or equivalent education/work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Specialist or Technician.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including CAD drawings and component specifications.
