Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled DC Lead to join our team at Axon. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading cycle count teams, implementing improvements for warehouse processes, and ensuring inventory accuracy across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cycle count teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Implement improvements for warehouse processes to improve inventory efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of planned cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain weekly aisle count goals for the team.
  • Ensure all assigned counts are completed within SLA from when they were populated.
  • Investigate cycle counts pending review and work with the appropriate teams to reach a resolution.
  • Monitor the allocations team slack channel and assist with any inventory requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the completion of operational cycle counts, including the creation of finalized reports for the financial team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous inventory-related experience.
  • Experience working in a distribution center.
