Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative - Technician to join our team in Lebanon, TN. As a key member of our Customer Experience department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers on troubleshooting and technical issues related to our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and fax, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Establish and maintain trusted professional relationships with customers, providers, and colleagues.
  • Record customer interactions and other relevant data in our management information system.
  • Process orders and price quote requests for parts, and enter and process return shipments from customers.
  • Identify and resolve potential ordering problems, and ensure timely and accurate product delivery and repair.
  • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Thorough understanding of electro-mechanical devices, knowledge of technical support practices and procedures, and basic computer skills.
  • One to three years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
