Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the healthcare industry.
  • Prepare and administer exams, as well as evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
  • Assist with strategic planning and assessment of instructional initiatives to ensure the quality of our programs.
  • Plan and implement orientation for new faculty members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality instruction.
  • Maintain accurate student records and submit required reports in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and safety regulations, and participate in committee activities that support the mission and function of our nursing program.
  • Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in assigned healthcare facilities, evaluating student performance and providing feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and 3 years of bedside experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the field.
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred.
