We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Collision Repair Estimator/Service Writer to join our team at Moody's Co-Worker Owned, Inc.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to our customers by utilizing your compassion and expertise in heavy duty/truck estimating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and efficient damage reports using our computerized estimating system and management systems
  • Thoroughly communicate with each customer to ensure their needs are met
  • Review completed vehicles with customers to verify quality and thoroughness of repair
  • Prepare and submit final bills and supplemental billings
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in collision estimating
  • Experience with heavy duty/truck parts/materials knowledge is helpful
