About the Role

As a Diesel Equipment Specialist II at Penske, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive safe and reliable equipment, driving business success and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in diesel equipment repair, with 3 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Specialized training and experience in diagnosis/troubleshooting major components, OEM training courses, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair diesel equipment with little or no supervision.
  • Perform preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues related to engines, transmissions, and differentials.

You will work closely with our experienced technicians to ensure that our equipment is always in top condition. As a member of our team, you will benefit from our comprehensive training programs, state-of-the-art facilities, and a collaborative work environment.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect:

  • Shift premiums: $3.00 (2nd shift), $4.00 (3rd shift)
