Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Localization Project Manager to work on 2 enterprise clients, responsible for the entire life-cycle of content services projects in a given portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure customer expectations are met in terms of turnaround time, quality, and price, while optimizing budget and margin.
Main Responsibilities- Execute projects, ensuring compliance to deadlines, standards/methodology, budget, and margin optimization, quality standards, status reporting, and month-end financials.
- Manage and delegate day-to-day project tasks to assigned Service Managers/Coordinators.
- Set up customer projects, quotes, and scheduling, collaborating with Account Management for complex quotes and those requiring validation.
- Manage customer feedback, CAPAs, and investigations.
- Collaborate with RM, linguists, and technical leads on resourcing and query management.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, providing status updates.
- Work with Account Management to define new processes and optimize tools for customers.
- Optimize margins, including internal and external costs, working with RM as needed.
- Ensure linguistic materials, such as TMs, glossaries, and style guides, are consistently updated and delivered per SLA.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and quality audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Translation or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of project management experience, particularly in language service projects.
- Project management experience, preferably related to Language Services.
- Customer relationship management skills at mid- and upper management levels.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in virtual teams, influence decisions, and support other parts of the company.
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Analytical skills.
- MS Office and CAT Tools proficiency.
