Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine, scheduled, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Provide repair services for a variety of tasks, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and report any issues for resolution.
  • Distribute personal hygiene items and materials to clients.
  • Transport food supplies and commodities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in training programs as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Renaissance's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of experience in maintenance and/or repair work.
