About the Position

We are seeking a part-time Caretaker to join our team at Edina Park Apartments in Edina, MN. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including walkways, hallways, and community spaces.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure it is free of debris and litter.
  • Clean and maintain garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
  • Replace burned-out light bulbs and wash out fixtures as needed.
  • Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut-offs, apartment fixtures, shut-off locations, and sewer clean-outs.
  • Perform seasonal tasks, such as shoveling snow, raking leaves, pulling weeds, and sweeping sidewalks as needed.
  • Clean and detail apartments to ensure they are ready for occupancy.
  • Assure the cleanliness of vacant units and notify management of any needed cleaning supplies or equipment.
