Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Operations Supervisor and is responsible for leading a team of Shift Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Cultivates a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all staff and patrons, motivating team members to engage actively and contribute positively.
- Performance Management: Analyzes various performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and formulates actionable plans to enhance restaurant operations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Establishes and communicates a clear vision for customer service, ensuring that all team members are aligned with this vision.
- Business Accountability: Holds self and team accountable for achieving performance targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Leadership Skills: Maintains composure in high-pressure situations, effectively communicating with the team and fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers an annual salary ranging from $64,480 to $85,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus, medical and dental benefits, paid time off, paid sick leave, college tuition assistance, and a cell phone stipend.
