Job Summary:We are committed to a culture of service excellence, and our Infection Control Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective infection control practices across our hospitals. This includes consulting with physicians, managers, and staff to manage infectious and/or immune-suppressed patients, directing all functions of the Employee Health program, and implementing hospital-wide infection control programs in accordance with regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities:- Consult with physicians, managers, and staff to manage infectious and/or immune-suppressed patients
- Implement and maintain effective hospital-wide infection control programs
- Direct all functions of the Employee Health program
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or healthcare-related field
- Master's degree in clinical specialty preferred
- Current State RN license required
- ICP or related certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in medical-surgical or critical care nursing
