Responsible for preparing ingredients and components essential for meal creation.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducts washing, cutting, chopping, and measuring of ingredients, along with other tasks as directed by the Executive Chef.

Employs a diverse array of kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils.


Follows all HACCP guidelines concerning the requisition, storage, handling, and preparation of food, as well as maintaining sanitation and cleanliness in the work area.

Assists in the production of meals for distribution to patients, the cafeteria, physicians, and catering services.
