Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our projects in ensuring the reliable, affordable, and environmentally responsible delivery of electricity to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects through each phase of the life cycle, from resource planning to post-completion phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead large-scale project communications with internal project teams, external stakeholders, and project support.
  • Create a culture of safety by overseeing the actions of internal and external resources involved in each project.
  • Ensure compliance with all construction and design standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of project management team experience and 5 years' experience in transmission line and substation construction or commensurate experience.
  • Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding and application of basic project management tools and techniques, including contract negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and diplomacy skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
