Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Fargo VA Healthcare System. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our enrolled patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities- Manage scheduled and unscheduled patients in the outpatient clinic setting
- Provide primary care to patients enrolled in your panel
- Manage a subsection of primary care patients, defined by disease status or demographic status
- Participate in special projects pertinent to the assigned section
- Act as a supervising or collaborating physician for a mid-level provider
- Provide clinical oversight and review
- Act as a surrogate for patients of your colleagues when they are on leave
- United States Citizenship
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
- Residency training in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
