Key Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, maintaining the highest level of patient safety.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
- Competitive hourly rate: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour.
