Job Overview

At Wolter, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Parts Counterperson to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our customers and internal teams by providing the parts they need to keep our equipment running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and securing the parts they need, whether it's over the phone or in person.
  • Use your technical expertise to locate and order parts that aren't in stock.
  • Utilize computer skills to place requisitions, pull parts from stock, and prepare quotes that close deals.
  • Collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure every customer is satisfied and every technician has what they need to get the job done.
  • Help manage our parts inventory, from the shelves in the store to the road vans on the go.

Requirements:

  • A strong service attitude that ensures every interaction leaves the customer satisfied.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Good computer skills and a knack for learning new systems.
