Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nutrition care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients to identify their nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive optimal nutrition care and support.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
- Valid state licensure (if required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
