Job Title: Director of Cloud Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Cloud Engineering to join our team at Motion Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our cloud engineering efforts and driving the development of our cloud platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Develop and implement cloud security and compliance strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in leading engineering teams
  • More than 10 years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in large-scale computing solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS services and cloud operations
  • Experience with Kafka and Kubernetes
  • Strong expertise in automation and continuous integration
