Job Summary

CenterWell is seeking a highly skilled RN Branch Director to lead our Home Health operations in Asheville, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day branch operations, ensuring operational efficiencies, quality of patient care, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise and develop clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with Area Director of Operations and AVP of Operations and Finance to establish revenue and budget goals
  • Conduct continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Active/unrestricted RN license to practice in North Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice
  • Home health experience required; management and people leadership experience required
  • Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Fiscal management experience required, with ability to manage multi-millions in revenue
  • OASIS experience required; OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C) preferred
  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred; CMS PDGM home care billing model experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance
