A Typical Day in the Role
As a Senior Tax Consultant in our specialized ultra-high net worth tax division, you will be tasked with assisting individual tax clients in managing the transfer of wealth across generations. Your daily responsibilities may include:
Collaborating with clients to collect essential tax-related information for accurate tax return preparation. Analyzing the tax circumstances of individuals, their trusts, and estates from multiple perspectives to maximize tax advantages. Preparing intricate tax returns, including those for individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations, adhering to all deadlines. Coordinating with the tax and national Wealth Transition Services teams to ensure all aspects of the tax process are executed efficiently. Participating in ongoing professional development and training workshops. Engaging effectively with staff at all levels, clients, and external business partners.This position is remote for candidates located in the Greater Seattle area.
Who You Are
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. You have or are in the process of obtaining a CPA license or Enrolled Agent certification. You bring over 3 years of experience in public accounting tax services, with at least 2 years focused on ultra-high net worth individual clients and their associated entities. You excel in communication, with exceptional verbal and written skills. You are adept at managing multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Benefits and Compensation
Our compensation philosophy is centered on providing competitive and fair pay. Eide Bailly adheres to all local and state regulations regarding salary range disclosures. Final compensation decisions are influenced by factors such as location, experience, education, and skills.
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
In addition to base salary, Eide Bailly offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, extensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, a lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, educational assistance, and a referral program.
