Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer examinations for individuals with approved accommodations, ensuring compliance with specific guidelines.
  • Maintain a secure and distraction-free testing atmosphere through regular monitoring and adherence to protocols.
  • Manage the entry and exit of candidates in the testing facility, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
  • Communicate effectively with educational staff to clarify exam administration procedures.
  • Report any incidents that may compromise the integrity of the testing process to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide basic technical assistance related to the technology utilized in the testing center.
  • Prepare and manage all testing materials, ensuring confidentiality and security of student information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the testing center.

Schedule: The primary working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 1 PM to 6 PM, with occasional availability on Fridays.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and sound judgment.
  • Proficient in computer applications and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions as needed.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
