Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Electronics Quality Engineer to join our team in the US. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a similar capacity. You should be able to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality plans to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues in collaboration with production teams and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
  • Provide training and guidance to IPQC personnel on quality procedures and policies.
  • Support QHSE certification programs and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related field.
  • ASQ Quality Engineer certification.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment.
