Job Title: Model Risk Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Model Risk Governance Specialist to join our team at Associated Bank As a Model Risk Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our model risk management framework is effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.

As a member of our Risk Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to model risk management. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of high risk and develop mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to model risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of high risk and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to model risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on model risk management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in the field of model risk management.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in risk management, data governance, or auditing.
  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing reports and dashboards.

Compensation and Benefits

$92,000 - $122,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings plan. ]
