Analytical Skills
1. Execute assignments as directed.
2. Comprehend, apply, and enforce policies and procedures consistently.
3. Handle confidential information with discretion.
4. Report security incidents promptly to the supervisor.
5. Manage emergency situations with appropriate responses.
6. Exhibit proper conduct when addressing violent or potentially dangerous situations.
Team Collaboration
1. Provide assistance to colleagues as needed.
2. Maintain a consistent level of performance.
3. Enforce organizational rules with a positive demeanor.
4. Uphold the Mission and Values of the organization.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve diverse populations.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field or similar role. A valid driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI or reckless driving convictions is required; driving record checks may be conducted periodically.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Training: Not specified
Special Skills: Proficient computer skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as time management and organizational capabilities.
Licensure: Must possess a valid driver’s license (or obtain one during the probationary period if relocating from another state).
