As a Digital and IT Technical Specialist at Parker Hannifin Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that enhance our manufacturing processes.

About the Job
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in information technology and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with systems integration, data analytics, and process improvement. You will work collaboratively with our manufacturing teams to identify areas for improvement and develop digital solutions to address these challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of digital solutions to improve manufacturing operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital solutions
* Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these challenges
* Work with our manufacturing teams to implement new processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in information technology and manufacturing operations
* Strong background in systems integration and data analytics
* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
