As a Registered Nurse on our Orthopedic Floor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, as well as stand and walk for prolonged periods.
