About the Role

This position involves coordinating clinical research trials, studies, and projects, providing direction in protocol development, recruiting participants, and conducting patient education. The successful candidate will also oversee financial accounts, perform patient evaluations, administer medications, and provide nursing support for specialized procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement clinical research trials, studies, and projects.
  • Develop and conduct patient and family education programs.
  • Recruit and screen potential study participants.
  • Oversee financial accounts to ensure operations remain within approved levels.
  • Perform patient evaluations, administer medications, and provide nursing support for specialized procedures.
  • Make referrals to in-house or community professionals.
  • Collect data, assist in developing data collection systems, and compile reports.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia and three years of related nursing experience. Credentialed through Emory Healthcare under the category of RN II is also required.
