About ABA Centers of America, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and diagnostic services. We help individuals with autism and their families in our centers, homes, and community settings.

We are seeking an ABA Therapy Specialist to support our mission of making ABA therapy accessible to all those who need it. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide evidence-based treatments and support to our clients.

**Compensation:** $5,000 bonus for referring BCBAs to work in key locations, plus a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Responsibilities:*

  • Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or center settings
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
  • Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
  • Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by BCBAs

**Requirements:**
High-school diploma or equivalent
Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
Consistent and reliable transportation required
