We are seeking highly qualified Child Development Professionals to join our team at the John F. Kennedy Family Services in Boston, Massachusetts.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Program Details:

  • Toddler program: children 15 months to 2.9 years old
  • Preschool program: children 2.9 to 5 years old

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor child progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational environment

Requirements:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
  • 1+ year of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting
  • Certifications as a toddler teacher through EEC (Early Education and Care) or equivalent
