As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members. You will be responsible for operating the front-end equipment, processing member purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized area. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to members
• Process member purchases accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized area, including the self-checkout area
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
