Telecom Construction Manager

  • Support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.
  • Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair, and maintain projects.
  • Work in outdoor utility construction sites.
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
  • Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment.
  • Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, and other types of machinery.
  • Manage all aspects of job-site construction.
Responsibilities

As a Telecom Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring your team.
  • Ensuring high-quality work.
  • Figuring out hard problems and enjoying a hands-on approach to your work.
  • Managing all aspects of job-site construction.
Qualifications

To be successful as a Telecom Construction Manager, you'll need:

  • A track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • A knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoying a hands-on approach to your work.
  • Experience in the telecom construction industry.
  • Knowledge of coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground construction, and other relevant skills.
