About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for working with young children. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators, developing and implementing curriculum, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of educators to provide a high-quality early childhood education program
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of our students
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve program quality
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
- Minimally 1 year of Lead Teacher experience in a child care facility
- Strong background in early childhood education
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
