About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for working with young children. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators, developing and implementing curriculum, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to provide a high-quality early childhood education program
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students

Requirements
  • Minimally 1 year of Lead Teacher experience in a child care facility
  • Strong background in early childhood education
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
