About the Role

Constellation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our plant maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and prepare work packages for maintenance activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance manual, company policies, and applicable codes and standards.

Develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, and drawings to support maintenance activities.

Collaborate with maintenance departments, work management, supply, operations, and engineering to identify and resolve work package issues.

Verify work instructions and procedures are adequate and comply with applicable station procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma with a minimum of four years of experience in a craft discipline related to the maintenance activities.

4-year or two-year technical degree in a related field.

Successful completion of core supervisory/management training and development programs.

5 years of minimum experience in nuclear power plant operations.

What We Offer

Competitive salary range of $104,400 to $116,000, varies based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a bonus and 401(k) match.
