About the Role

Constellation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for planning and preparing work packages to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and prepare work instructions for corrective maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications. Select and approve purchase of materials needed for work package execution. Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze maintenance activities and provide input for refining work package quality. Interface with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to resolve work package issues.

Requirements

High school diploma with a minimum of four years of experience in the craft discipline. Preferred qualifications include a 4-year or 2-year technical degree, successful completion of core supervisory/management training, and 5 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
