Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with a diverse network of stakeholders, including NATO member nations, industry collaborators, academic institutions, and other international entities. Facilitate cooperation through workshops, innovation contests, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Agile Practices and Experimentation: Advocate for the adoption of agile methodologies and a culture of experimentation within NATO. Lead initiatives such as the Innovation Challenge, aimed at identifying and developing innovative solutions to NATO's operational challenges.
  • Strategic Innovation Planning: Contribute to the formulation of NATO's innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the Alliance. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to pinpoint areas where innovation can yield significant benefits.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in innovation management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in innovation management, project management, or a related field. Experience in an international or defense organization is highly valued.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management methodologies, with a focus on agile practices. Familiarity with data analytics and digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
