Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative tasks, including scanning files, managing calendars, expense reporting, file management, preparing meeting materials, charitable giving support, and ACRE site administration.
- Project Support: Assist with project-related administrative work, such as creating org charts, performing HRIS-related tasks, coordinating document productions, board report preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Departmental Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including corporate legal, corporate communications, and the switchboard/reception as needed.
- Wellness and Recognition: Support corporate wellness initiatives, employee recognition events, and employee activity committee events.
- Risk and Insurance: Provide support for corporate risk and investment and corporate insurance functions.
- A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in administrative support, with at least one year supporting the HR function.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- HIPAA training and certification.
