Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures on patients, adhering to ALARA principles for radiation safety.
- Evaluate image quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Provide practical instruction to students and other healthcare professionals.
- Apply critical thinking skills to prioritize patients and ensure accurate documentation.
- Practice safety at all times, following infection prevention practices and proper hand hygiene.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Wisconsin license.
