The Radiologic Technologist II is a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, responsible for performing high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures on patients. This role requires a strong understanding of radiation safety practices and the ability to evaluate image quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures on patients, adhering to ALARA principles for radiation safety.
  • Evaluate image quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Provide practical instruction to students and other healthcare professionals.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to prioritize patients and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Practice safety at all times, following infection prevention practices and proper hand hygiene.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Wisconsin license.
