Job Summary: AtWork Group is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our fleet of heavy-duty equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of activity-based repairs and service requirements as delineated on sales change orders.
  • Installation of various truck accessories, including decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
  • Following verbal and written work instructions to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Utilizing basic knowledge of DC electricity and hydraulic systems, including print understanding, to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Operating a forklift and other heavy equipment as needed.
  • Aiding in maintaining inventory accuracy through data entry.
  • Working overtime and/or 7 days a week as required.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of basic experience with hydraulics, electrical, gas, and diesel systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive and teamwork attitude.
  • Continuous improvement mentality and willingness to learn.
