We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at PARS Therapy. This is a part-time PRN position that offers the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and promoting optimal health.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs
  • Implement various therapy techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and education, to promote recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in [State]
  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a PT in home health or related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Compensation:
