  • Operations Management: Assist with the day-to-day management of the car wash facility, including coordinating workflows, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the Store Leader to implement strategies and promotions.
  • Employee Development: Assist with the training and development of team members, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of the car wash facility, including performing routine checks and reporting any issues to the Store Leader.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and guide a team to achieve excellent customer service and operational results.
  • Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed to a high standard.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.

Work Environment: The Assistant Store Leader will work in a fast-paced car wash environment, with frequent exposure to loud noises and physical activity.

Salary: $22.50 per hour
