About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Lead Cook to join our team at American Custom Meats, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cooking process and ensuring that all products meet our high standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food processing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of experience in food processing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
