Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.
- Provide assistance with mobility, including transferring residents to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.
- Assist residents with toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect.
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant information as directed by nursing staff.
- Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents who require assistance and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in conversation and activities to promote socialization and well-being.
- Collaborate with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Participate in training programs and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as a healthcare professional.
