Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant I to join our team at A.O. Fox. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality resident care and support services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, skin care, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
- Observe and report residents' status changes and needs to the healthcare team.
- Assist residents with ADLs, including feeding, elimination needs, and transfers.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
- Participate in the care planning process and implement care plans as directed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- NYS Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, required.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Minimum one year long-term care experience, preferred.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting. Occasional exposure to bodily fluids and noise may be present.
