About the Opportunity

The Stone Alliance Group is seeking an experienced Data Management Specialist to support our Global Landscape Mapping Initiative. This initiative aims to understand mental health conditions among children and adolescents in Low- and Middle-Income Countries to develop effective interventions, training programs, awareness initiatives, and policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing survey data collection efforts, ensuring quality control procedures are in place, and monitoring field progress. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables
  • Prepare project-related documentation, including survey methods, cognitive interviewing guides, institutional review board/ethics review documents, programming specifications, intervention protocols, and processes
  • Draft Request for Proposals (RFPs) and manage vendor relationships, including checking deliverables and requesting payments
  • Manage intervention study protocols and participant recruitment
  • Support preparation and management of research budgets
  • Test survey protocols and review quality control metrics
  • Organize internal and external team meetings
  • Prepare summary reports for sponsors and presentations on initiative activities and progress

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a social science field
  • Minimum 3 years of operational survey experience, specifically with complex surveys
  • Minimum 3 years of international intervention research management experience
  • Experience managing vendors (panel providers)
  • Skills in standard office software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Report writing skills

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,600-$103,000 annually. This is a hybrid position with 3 days+ in-office work.
