About the RoleThe HCA Healthcare New Grad Residency Program is designed for recent nursing graduates who are eager to establish themselves in a hospital setting. As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will be surrounded by a collaborative team that promotes learning, clinical application, and socialization.

We offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience
