Dietary Assistant

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide plays a vital role in ensuring the high-quality food service at Regency Integrated Health Services. This position requires a team player who can assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving residents, while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a Texas Food Handler Certificate. Working experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations.
• Prepare and serve beverages.
• Set up and pass trays for meal service.
• Stock snack carts.
• Buss tables and trays.
• Clean the kitchen work area.
• Dishwash.
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Texas Food Handler Certificate.
• Working experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
