Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing routine and specialized nursing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical providers to support patient care and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and post-acute care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program and licensure as a Practical Nurse in the State of Colorado.
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
• Practical Nurse License (Colorado) required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BLS certification preferred.
  • IV therapy certification preferred.
