**About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Fitness Professional to fill the role of Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness. In this position, you'll develop and implement personalized fitness plans for clients, lead group and one-on-one training sessions, and maintain a clean and organized training environment.

**Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing customized fitness plans for clients, considering their fitness levels, health history, and goals.
  • Leading group and one-on-one training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and ensuring clients use equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized training environment, promoting a positive and motivating atmosphere.
  • Monitoring client progress, adjusting training programs as needed, and tracking achievements.

**Required Qualifications:

  • Possess or be in the process of completing a recognized personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc) with valid CPR/AED certification.
  • Have previous experience as a group fitness instructor or personal trainer.
  • Be knowledgeable about anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.

**Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
