Program Overview: The YMCA of the Twin Tiers' 21st CCLC Program provides after-school education and enrichment activities for children. As a 21st Century Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services and supporting the educational needs of children.

In this role, you will assist the Program Director in planning and implementing program activities, develop and implement lesson plans that meet grant guidelines and quality standards, and provide excellent customer service to children, parents, and staff. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Director in planning and implementing program activities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet grant guidelines and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor/Coordinator to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Monitor and report on child attendance, incidents, and meal counts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Three or more years of professional experience in youth program development and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Teaching Certification required
